Refund policy

Linore (Operating under the legal entity: Dhyay Amit Popat) maintains a strict "No Returns and No Refunds" policy. Because our garments are premium 100% 40LEA linen, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

Exchanges: We offer Exchanges Only. If you have a sizing issue or receive a defective product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. To initiate an exchange, email us at dhyay_popat@forge27.mesaschool.co.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
