Refund policy

Linore (operated by Dhyay Amit Popat) makes every piece in 100% linen, 44 lea.

No returns. All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Size exchanges. If a piece does not fit, you can exchange it for another size. Write to us within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached. Size exchanges take time: we send the new size once your original piece reaches us and has been checked, so please allow longer than a first delivery.

Defective pieces. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Refunds. If we cannot deliver the same product, whether for your original order, a size exchange or a replacement, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

No cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
